Before 2025 started, I realized that I am turning forty in months. And this is why I made peace with myself that I will do almost anything to feel and look younger than my actual age.

Due to the excessive partying and events last December, I had noticeable eyebags and feel that my skin was sagging. She recommended I get the Medical Facial with RF, and then try the Exilis Ultra afterwards. I was also advised that I should refrain from too much sun exposure.

Dr. Anna Montesa advised that I get the Medical Facial with RF, as this is recommended for my skin type. And since I am nearing forty, the Medical RF is best for anti-aging, stimulates collagen production, tightens skin and making it firmer. This treatment is very relaxing and results were noticeable in a day. I noticed that my eyebags were reduced and my skin feels glowing. I had a wedding to go to the next week, and my friends were telling me that I look as if I had a great three days’ sleep. 

For this treatment, it would be best to get it every week to really treat your skin, and get it every month for maintenance. 

Exilis Ultra

After the Medical Facial with RF, I then tried the Exilis Ultra. Dr. Anna Montesa recommended to focus on my under eye and below the chin. The machine felt warm on my skin and I enjoyed every minute of the treatment. 

This treatment promises precise skin tightening and body sculpting, which builds muscle and burns fat for a toned physique. If used on your face like under your chin, then you are sure to say bye-bye to your double chin. This definitely helped me during the holidays, as I had so many events to attend to, but my face does not look bloated at all. 

Overall, Montesa Medical Group helped me in achieving that New Year glow! I definitely can’t wait to visit them again to continue the results that I needed for my skin.
